Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients on a strategic, technical, and business level.

• Investigate data issues, analyze feature requests and bugs.

• Tackle problems and propose solutions in collaboration with all stakeholders: the MarlinDT Installation Team, Data Engineering Team, the client’s business and IT departments, and project managers.

• Share insights and knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the operational excellence of telecom network operators.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering or a similar field.

• 2–5 years of work experience.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

• Technical skills to understand the MarlinDT data model, apply it to fiber equipment, and translate it into a MarlinDT configuration.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Knowledge of fiber processes, fiber equipment, and fiber data is a plus.
